Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA on this website. This statement records what we have implemented, what we know is imperfect, and how to reach us if something blocks you.

01What we have implemented

  • Semantic landmarks: a single H1 per page, ordered headings, and labelled navigation regions.
  • Full keyboard operation for the menu, accordions, tabs, forms, and every link and button.
  • Form fields with visible labels, inline error messages, and programmatic error association.
  • Live regions on the ROI calculator so results are announced as values change.
  • Colour combinations chosen for contrast against our cream, emerald, and gold bands.
  • Reduced-motion support: scroll reveals and smooth scrolling are disabled when your system requests it.

02Known limitations

  • Some decorative geometric accents are not announced to screen readers; they carry no information.
  • Very long FAQ answers require scrolling within the page after expanding on small screens.
  • We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit, so this statement reflects our own testing.

03How we test

We test with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom to 200%, and automated checks during development. We fix reported barriers ahead of feature work.

04Feedback

If any part of this site is difficult to use, email hello@equinoxshift.com with the page and what happened. We reply within one business day and will provide the information you needed in an accessible format while we fix the underlying issue.
